Dokasch is seeking an online viewer to showcase their Temperature controlled containers. The online viewer should highlight various features of the containers, including but not limited to:
Open and Close Door Animation:
Illustrate the ease of use by showcasing an animation of the doors opening and closing.
Utilize hotspots to emphasize door sensor functionality.
External door retainers
Animated alert displays when doors are opened or closed
Internal Dimensions Animation:
Display an animation depicting the container’s internal dimensions, demonstrating the capacity for boxes.
Provide separate animations for US and EU pallet orientations.
Incorporate animations of pallets entering and exiting, with optional hotspot points for spatial dimensions.
Integrate a toggle for 5x EU and 3x US pallets.
To illustrate scale to the layperson without needing them to interpret measurements, it would be beneficial to place a real-world object like a Ferrari inside the container.
Air Circulation:
Showcase the containers’ airflow through animations.
Highlight the four ventilation systems within the container.
Use animations to depict airflow directions at each ventilation point.
Charging Points and Batteries:
Emphasize the unique selling point of the container – the ability to charge batteries within the container.
Contrast with typical containers that require independent battery charging.
Battery 20% alarm animation.
Plugs and plug storage should be animated.
Control Panel:
Spotlight the control panel’s user-friendly interface.
Consider creating a tutorial for container preparation.
When creating the control panel we will reference the Opticooler manual to ensure accuracy
Buttons must be animated.
Temperature control should be animated.
Additional Features:
Temperature control for easy monitoring.
Failsafe measures, including door sensors and battery status. These features to be shown on the control panel.
Exploded View:
Provide an exploded view of the container for a comprehensive understanding.
Recyclability of components should be visualised in this view and a 360 view should be available.
Scope of works:
The scope of works and the definition of the brief will be fully defined and agreed, once we have undertaken a full evaluation of your operations manual and a project scoping session with our team.
Our system plays a series of transitional animations to each focal point/view. Then we introduce interactive overlay hotspots that play individual, animations, information pop ups to better communicate the story telling.
High-Quality Animations allow for fluid and realistic animations. .ie the open and close door animation, internal dimensions showcase, and airflow animations can be executed with a level of detail that captures the audience’s attention and effectively communicates the container’s functionality.

Runs via a relatively up-to-date web browser, Chrome is highly recommended

Whilst this solution is available to you this type of interactive 3d experience can only be deployed on a local PC in person.
We have added this video to demonstrate the fidelity of the visuals and level of interaction via a well designed UI & UX. That transitions and plays online video sections with interactive overlays.

This concept is based on a fully Interactable 3d model: A fully interactive experience, allowing users to manipulate the 3D model, zoom in and out, providing a more immersive experience. This level of interaction can enhance the user’s understanding of the container’s features.
Increased User Engagement:
The ability to manipulate the model directly and explore various aspects of the container can significantly boost user engagement.
Notes:
Being a more interactive platform may pose higher demands on the performance of personal computers. This could result in a potential trade-off between interactivity and visual quality, especially on less powerful devices.
Lower Visual Quality: While our 3d model viewers support interactive features, the visual quality may be comparatively lower than that which an animation based concept (1) can achieve. This compromise is essential to ensure smoother performance, especially on devices with lower specifications.

All project costs are subject to a 30% contingency. To cover project creep and scope adjustments.
Terms
Agreement to Scope and Deadline:
By entering into this project, the client acknowledges and agrees to the defined scope of work and the mutually agreed-upon project timeline. Any deviations from the agreed scope may result in adjustments to project deadlines and costs, subject to further discussion.
Supplying Models Within a Reasonable Timeline:
The client is responsible for providing all necessary 3D models and related assets within the timelines specified in the project schedule. Delays in the submission of required materials may impact the overall project timeline, and the service provider shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Sign-off:
The client commits to obtaining timely approval and sign-off from all relevant decision-makers for graphics design documents and the final project build. Any delays caused by a lack of timely approvals may impact project timelines and may result in additional costs.
Change Control Process and Extra Costs:
Changes to the project scope, requirements, or specifications requested by the client after the commencement of the project will be considered outside the initial scope of work. Such changes will be subject to a change control process, and any additional work required will be communicated to the client with an associated cost estimate. Work will only proceed upon the client’s explicit approval of the additional costs.
Project Completion and Delivery:
Upon successful completion of the project, the client will be provided with the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. The DODA will make reasonable efforts to rectify any defects or issues identified during the testing phase within a reasonable timeframe of two weeks (snagging period) .
